We have been picking up these comments and making them our own mind voice. If you have any negative talk remember it's not you.

Replace this negative and discouraging thought with a positive one every time it shows up. You will amazed by how it will stop and you will transform your thoughts into positive as a default mode.

Trust me you can achieve your health and fitness goals, you can become whom you know you are capable of, you are important, you are special, you are blessed, you are unique, you have a talent that needs you to believe in yourself so you can showcase it. Please don't talk yourself out of it.

When you believe you can that is what your mind will believe and everything will align perfectly for you. If you believe you cannot that's exactly what you will be shown obstacles, difficulties and problems.
