Why do we do what we do??


I can't insist enough on the importance of finding your WHY? before you start your weight loss journey...


Let's stop for a second and think beyond the looks aspect of weight loss. We have been brain washed so much as we are constantly sold products and services that promise us to lose weight only to LOOK fit and fabulous... Trust me there is so much more to it..


Eating right and being physically active does much more than that... You heart, lungs, liver, kidneys will thank you... You mental health (mood) is improved tremendously with physical activity...


It starts with making yourself priority.. You will either find a reason to make that lifestyle change or an excuse...
